Our missions

Our association supports and encourages the development of meditation in Brussels through a step-by-step guided meditation program.
We are a community of practitioners and teachers trained to teach this meditation program.
The Brussels Meditation association offers free introductory sessions, various monthly or à la carte subscriptions, providing access to quality teaching.

Introducing meditation
We are committed to introducing meditation to the general public by providing a dedicated space for the in-depth practice of meditation. We also organize weekend or week-long courses to deepen the practice of meditation.

Training teachers
We organize training programs in our meditation center to teach our meditation method to people who wish to transmit this meditation method. Seminars and in-depth workshops are also organized regularly to develop the quality of meditation teaching.
