The method of meditation practiced
The origins of meditation
There are many meditation techniques, but the method we teach at Brussels Meditation is of Asian origin, more precisely from South Korea. Spread worldwide for over 20 years, it has already helped many people around the world.
The objective of this meditation
This meditation aims to reconnect with our true nature, hidden under a set of images that create false perceptions of reality. By freeing ourselves from these representations, we find a deep and authentic joy.
The methodology
The meditation technique taught is based on an introspection aimed at "letting go" of the images accumulated throughout our lives. This process of "letting go" allows us to take a step back and free ourselves from these subjective representations, which are only reflections of our personal perception.
About Brussels Meditation
The Brussels Meditation association supports the development of meditation in Brussels and Belgium through a program of guided meditations .The association also offers free introductory sessions and different subscriptions, allowing access to quality education to as many people as possible.
Finally, we also organize training courses, intensive retreats during the week or at weekends as well as meditation courses and workshops for companies.
The Brussels Meditation Team
The Brussels Meditation team guides you on your meditative journey to reconnect with your deep essence.
Its progressive teaching helps you acquire the autonomy necessary to practice meditation independently.
